3:00 PM or later. Keyless entry — your door code arrives the day before arrival.
By 11:00 AM. Start the dishwasher, leave used towels in the tub, lock the door behind you.
Maximum six overnight guests. Visitors during the day are welcome; please no gatherings or parties.
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Vereda del Mar is a residential, owner-occupied complex — sound carries across the courtyard.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit or on the balconies.
Not permitted.
Complex pool hours and rules apply. No glass at the pool. Children must be accompanied.
Two dedicated spots. Register your plate with the gate on arrival.
Please turn off air conditioning and close sliders when you leave the unit.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund, minus payment processing fees.
50% refund of the total booking amount.
Non-refundable. We'll do our best to rebook your dates — if we succeed, we refund the rebooked nights.
If a named storm closes SJU airport during your stay window, choose a full refund or a free date change.
